I used a sports bra before

Often when my customers first come to one of my classes they will ask me "do you really need a sports bra for Zumba?" and the answer is always YES, you do! Definitely.

Then they will often ask me which is the best sports bra for zumba and they want me to recommend one. Obviously you will need a different bra depending on your shape, the size of your breasts and your priorities. And to answer all the questions my customers ask I decided to write this article.

I used a sports lingeries before (this had been recommended by physio!) my problems however were they felt very restrictive at times, and very tight. and not as comfortable as I would have expected.

Then I saw the Genie Bra advertised on TV.

No wonder it has the name it has, it is sheer genius but more importantly Sheer luxury comfort, without the loss of support and you truly can sleep in it as you forget you are wearing it.

I would use these words to describe it: Comfortable : moves with you : supports : No Redmarks: no shoulder strap Marks.

On a different note, my daughter has just started to wear bras, now when we went looking there were indeed fancy teenage bras, (padded bras for an 12 year old? I don't hink so) she is only 12, and just starting to develop. And I do think some of the bras were very "old" for her age, bordering on innappropriate.

We did manage to find her first sized bras, however after the initial experience of wearing a bra wore off, she complained about sore marks where her straps were, rubbing on her lowever chest area. So I bought the xs small genie bra, which is just what my daughter needed as she grows, without all the aggrivation from a standard bra!

Now your tape must be used to measure the fullest part of your bust. Then you need to record the number. This way you can get your cup measurement here. Now your bust number must be subtracted from this chest number. You will get a cup size of AA if you get less than one inche. If you get an inch you will get A, two B, and so one. Now let us give you a short example here of what you will get. 42"-40" equals 2", then you will have a cup size of B.

To come up with the bra size you just need to put the numbers together. In the example about it will be 40B. Now we need to translate all this data into sports bra sizes. A medium sports size bra will fit busts in 34-36 b/c and the small one will be 32-34 A/B. You will need large sports bra if you have a chest measuring 36-38 C. An XL bra is created for 38-40 C/D.

If you want to get the proper fit you should go shopping and try on the right bra for you. Your sports bra must not be too tight across your chest but it must feel snug. You need a larger one if you have an uncomfortably tight.MORE:cheap sexy lingerie
